5 days Classic Rwanda Safari Package

Day 1: Transfer to Nyungwe.
You will be met by our driver in the hotel or in the Airport In the morning, transfer southwards to Nyungwe National park with en route visit to the national museum in Butare, the Murambi genocide memorial site, the Nyanza king’s palace. Dinner and overnight stay in a luxury lodge.

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking.
After breakfast transfer to the park headquarters and attend to a briefing from the park warden on do’s and don’ts while tracking chimps. The will then transfer to the starting point of the chimpanzee hiking trail. Expect to meet Chimpanzees, black and white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons along the trail. Return to the lodge for relaxation in the health club.

Day 3: Transfer to Volcanoes National park.
In the morning, you will enjoy a scenic long drive to Volcanoes national park in Ruhengeri. Dinner and overnight at a luxuty lodge/camp  as you prepare for the following day’s memorable adventure.
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Expedition
After briefing from the senior park ranger commence your memorable gorilla trekking adventure which normally takes 1 to 8 hours in the jungle. You will be allowed to stay in the presence of the gorillas for at least an hour. After the gorilla trek your safari guide will transfer you back to the lodge for relaxation and any other next activity.

Day 5: Transfer back to Kigali.
After breakfast transfer back to Kigali. You may wish to enjoy a city tour including a visit to Gisozi genocide memorial site. The will be ready to transfer you to the airport for your departure flight to the next destination.
