Day 1: Pick Up – Transfer to Bukavu Congo
You will be welcomed to the beautiful land of a thousand hills from the airport by our company tour guide or be picked from your hotel in Kigali and hot the Road to Bukavu in Congo crossing via the Cyanic border. This tour can also begin from Uganda in Kisoro crossing to the Congo via the Bunagana border and back to Kisori for departure.

Day 2: Lowland Gorilla trekking in Kahuzi- Biega
Have an early breakfast and head out to assemble at the Kahuzi Biega park headquarters for briefing before setting off to track the gorillas.Trekking for 2 to 3 hours in mountainous jungle area of Kahuzi Biega National Park, to see your gorilla family. The species here are Eastern Lowland Gorilla, with quite different features from Mountain Gorillas found in the Virunga National Park.Once you meet the gorillas, you are allowed to spend only one hour with them taking photographs and video. Late in the afternoon you will be transferred to your hotel in Bukavu.

Day 3: Transfer to Kigali.
In the morning, you will set off the journey to Kigali via Changugu border. This scenic journey will see you have stopovers at Butare museum, Nyanza king’s palace among others. Reach Kigali in the evening for dinner and overnight in Kigali.
